Shipping policy
Note that order processing time is separate from delivery time. Processing time includes picking and packing products and transferring them to shipping carriers. Delivery time is the time it takes carriers (e.g., UPS) to ship the package to the customer’s location. The estimated delivery dates shown on the checkout page do not include processing time.
This is an example of delivery times once you get to the shipping page at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During periods of high volume, processing time may increase.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer multiple shipping options including express shipping from various carriers.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to some countries. If a country is not supported, shipping rates are not shown at Checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
IMPORTANT: For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. VelaRosa is not responsible for these charges. Please email info@velarosa.com if you would like to cancel your order BEFORE it ships.
Use the following calculator to estimate the cost of duties and taxes: https://www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator/
Use HS Code: 8414.59.6590
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@velarosa.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If customers must use a P.O. Box, they are responsible for confirming that the chosen carrier can deliver packages to P.O. Boxes. From example: “Private shipping companies or carriers, such as UPS, FedEx and Amazon, are not able to deliver to (place mail in) a PO Box. Only the United States Postal Service® is permitted to deliver mail to (place mail in) a PO Box.”
